GENERAL JOB
The Process Analyst (PA) will serve as a Production Operations Analyst having management responsibility to direct, plan, and exercise control over multiple computer automated production management and analysis systems.
Essential Primary Job Functions

Compile, analyze, and publish management reports.

Deliver electronic copies of any products developed under this contract under this contract upon termination of services or the expiration of the contract period.
Secondary Primary Job Functions
-
May be required to train other Process Analysts and Production Operations Analysts and government personnel in the proper use, safe design, and improvements required for sustaining the support of Industrial Engineering Services.

Maintain safe and clean working environment and comply with all applicable security and safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Support the financial, administrative, and management functions.

Prepare financial documents, perform complex studies, and conduct complex studies.

Develop and revise standards for labor, material, equipment, and facility standards for shop workloads.
Education and Experience for Process Analyst

Must possess a valid Secret Security Clearance adjudicated in the last five (5) years.

Must have Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of experience which includes the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses.

Must have experience in computer automated production management and analysis systems such as PAD, EXPRESS, HO33 (CPPM & BTM), G004L, Surge Web, LDMS, EPS, D035, etc.

Preferred prior experience in DoD scheduling and planning.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics are representative of those performing essential functions of the job in an industrial production and repair environment and general office setting. Must be able to work sitting or standing. · May be required to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Minor cuts and scrapes are to be expected. Possible minor burns or shock from operating electrical equipment and or soldering equipment may be present. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be expected to be worn and used when required. Standard work week generally applies; however, candidate will be expected to work as the requirement dictates.
